Donna J. Barr
Founder and CEO of Baja Horse Experiences, LLC
Donna started riding horses at the age of four and was showing horses by the time she was eight years of age.
Her beginning interests were with Hunters and Jumpers. By the time she was in her Twenties she was showing Quarter Horses for trainers and owners in Northern California.
At age twenty-seven she set out on her own and was training showing her own Quarter Horses.
She was a 4H leader for 20+ years and taught Basic Horse Training at Scottsdale Community College in Arizona for 2 years.
She operated a successful Quarter Horse breeding program for many years. She had 25 brood mares and 4 stallions in her operation.  
Donna has shown two horses in the Snaffle Bit Futurity as well as too many other shows to mention. 
Donna ran two horses in the All-American Futurity.
She is a Licensed Trainer for racehorses in California, New Mexico, and Arizona.
Her current focus is horse rescue and working with underprivileged youth as well as those with PTSD.
